We ship worldwide — to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond. Free local delivery is also available within Maypen, Clarendon, Jamaica on Saturdays.

We ship worldwide starting at $1,600 JMD (~$10 USD). Final shipping cost depends on destination country and weight — we'll confirm the exact amount with you before processing your order. International shipments are sent via tracked airmail or courier service.
Customs and import duties: Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the shipping cost. Most countries have a low-value threshold (typically $50–$100 USD) below which no duties apply.
All orders must be paid in advance — either by secure card payment at checkout or by bank transfer. We do not offer cash on delivery. Once payment is confirmed, your order is scheduled for dispatch or for the upcoming Saturday Maypen delivery slot.
Once your payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders confirmed Friday afternoon, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Maypen deliveries are made on the next available Saturday after payment confirms.
You'll receive WhatsApp or email tracking details once your order is sent off. Delivery times can be longer during peak seasons or customs delays.
Every order ships in plain, unlabelled packaging. The product name is never visible from the outside, and customs declarations use neutral product descriptions. Your privacy is paramount to us.
Once your order is dispatched:
If your tracking notification doesn't show movement within the expected window, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier directly to locate your package. For international orders held in customs, we'll provide whatever documentation is needed.
If your order arrives damaged, please WhatsApp a photo within 48 hours of receipt to +1 (658) 212-9681. We'll send a free replacement immediately.
Please double-check your phone number, email, and shipping details before placing your order. If a package needs to be redirected due to incorrect information, additional carrier fees may apply.
We're unable to ship to countries that prohibit the import of personal-care supplements. If you place an order from such a destination, we'll contact you to refund or arrange an alternative.
