We accept returns of unused, sealed bottles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Because Vagiclav is a personal-care product intended for intimate use, opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — no exceptions.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original payment, typically within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned items. International refunds via Wise/PayPal may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your account.
Original delivery costs (Knutsford fees, international shipping) are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see below).
If you received a damaged bottle or the wrong order, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of pickup/delivery with photos. We'll cover the cost of a replacement and arrange new delivery at our expense — no questions asked.
Vagiclav uses well-tolerated ingredients, but individual reactions can occur. If you experience irritation, burning, or any unexpected reaction:
You can cancel an order any time before it dispatches. Once your order is on its way via Knutsford, it falls under the standard return policy. WhatsApp us as soon as possible to cancel.
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
